Bug: Bedrock appears when digging

After digging (in this case down from top bedrock down to bottom bedrock), bedrock appears where it shouldnt be.
Temp fix: Saving -> Main Menu -> Continue -> Extra Bedrock is gone
Same thing happens when you continue digging. down, then suddenly bedrocks appears ontop (see screenshot)

ComputerRickI was attempting to have a core composer from bedrock to bedrock and dug the bottom half of the hole, a 12x12 completely cleared all the way down.
My composer is at the bottom and I have quite a few cores on it. After going up and returning, a bedrock shaft appeared in the middle of that my hole. I loaded from save, it was gone and when I returned, I had another there, different than the first, but taking up the center. -

ComputerRickApparently the ceiling is falling out, at the top a hole appears and it matches the bedrock floating in my shaft.
Image attached shows the ceiling hole, the bedrock is inside of my cores so not easily visible. Cores spawned around it, but it blocks character movement. -

AerI've also experienced this same bug. A workaround is to MOLE out wherever the bedrock is attached to, which will cause it to disappear. Doing so however will sometimes cause a new glitch of bedrock to spawn while also creating new limestone in the middle of the air. I didn't take any screenshots at the time but it was kind of frustrating to have to re-excavate random portions of a 12x12 section the vertical length of the map. Strangely enough the bedrock would allow platforms (calcite 3x3 and powerfloors) to be placed through them but the generated limestone would not. The MOLE responded to both the bedrock and limestone as expected however.
