[Suggestion] Blast Drill additional audio

So, interesting idea for the blast drills I thought up, and that would be for them to produce different sounds depending on their functional state so the player doesnt have to run over and check each one if they're running correctly or not.

1. A suboptimal firing (Overfiring is a good name; Produces ore, but is spending excess charges to do so) produces a loud hissing after firing, indicating the excess charge energy is being vented off. Machine off-gassing is notably extended during this.
2. A optimal firing (Produces ore using the correct number of charges for that tech tier), produces the current sound
3. A Dry firing (Produces no ore, regardless of the charge cycle) produces a louder, more metallic clanging noise that sounds like the machine is trying to shake itself to bits.

In the cases of 1 and 3, the whole point of the noises being made is to get the player's attention that the machine in question is not running right.
