Nexus not completely draining accumulator (BUG)

I have a nexus on a small floor with one accumulator fully charged to 30 MJ. The first two times I use the nexus it uses 10 MJ each time, and lowers the accumulator's charge to 10 MJ. However, I can continue to use the nexus without recharging the accumulator. It's charge never drops below 10MJ, and the nexus remains usable. I'm using v0.5.0c.

I can confirm this happens to my setups as well. Nexus tested was separate from any other power/charge except one Accumulator.
Fast travel after save+reload with the Accumulator at 10MJ not change this wrong behaviour.
