[Bug] [Windows 11] [Single Player] Cannot replace some pieces in the Warehouse Arena

I'm scanning and rebuilding the arena under the warehouse, and I realised you cannot replace the stairs in the tiny entryway where the "floorevator" stops.

In fact, you cannot place anything in this entryway area. It's not a huge issue, cos you can jump up to the entrance, but still worth pointing out.
