Change Vertical belt direction.

I would Like to see the ability, either by using the replacer tool or the change rotation option on regular belts with the pickaxe, to change the direction of vertical belts.

Currently you can only do so by removing them and placing them again but this is often a pain because they are either used to bring stuff up really high without proper footwork in the middle or in short repeating patterns
