[BUG] Top Bar and Journal "New!" false display still present

Two long standing bugs are still present:
Journal Task categories show the "New!" flag even though there are no new tasks visible
After loading into my save, the [Tab] entry (Inventory and Schematics on the Top Bar, show a number (55 for with with Lima fully repaired, Victor and Lima T2, Sierra none
