[FEATURE SUGGESTION] Make inserters take from end of storage instead of beginning

Currently, inserters pull from storage from the first slots, going left to right, top to bottom.
Feature suggestion is backwards order: bottom to top, right to left.
Follow-up suggestion would be to add a setting toggle to decide the inserter logic: forward or reverse

Addendum explanation:
This would make it so that if you have a provider storage chest that's slot-limited, the inserters would take from the limited slots before the non-limited ones. Meaning you'd be able to drop off excess materials into the buffer/provider, without worrying that they'll just sit and fester
