[BUG] Radio entries persist even thoug objective is done before interacting with it

Examples:
- Idrilled up to level 11.
- Opened all facility doors.
- I Have unlocked XRAY Tier 3 (which requires Mining Charges)
Voice Line the terminal triggers is in screenshot
"You won't be able to complete this tiere of PT XRAY without Mining Charges

Similar For
- "Investigate Research Division" (RD Beacon) after I picked up Paladin and opened both doors of the bottom lab and also the one of the top lab
- "Investigate the CS Signal" after visiting the loser tag arena + scanning/looting contents
- WO Beacon after I Opened the Warehouse office and scanned the Mining charge ages before
- FH Beacon after I Opened the Medical Facility

I had to revisit each location to remove the Beacons and Elevator Priorities
