Secret storage boxes

Is it possible to get rid of the random storage boxes around the map after you empty them or get rid of the green dot on the map?

Some of them can be removed by deleting it and it gives you a container. The ones randomly about. I couldn't delete the ones in any of the buildings.

Correct, story chests at lima, Victor, freight elevator and within locked facilities can't be removed and remain an irritating annoyance
