[BUG] Insufficient conditional for System/Sparks voiceline Atlantum voiceline

I'm currently drilling to level 13, obviously collected Paladin already. Regardless, system and Sparks still play their voicelines that introduce Atlantum mining and charges after the mole finishes its cycle.
Lacks a conditional for "entered excalibur"
