[BUG] Wire Tap voiceline plays after task concluded

I collected all wire taps and installed them in the escape pod a while ago.
Moments ago I went down int the Limestone mine ruins below Victor and suddenly sparks and paladin started yapping of "another one of those eavesdropping devices"
Another situation lacking a conditional ("nearby wire tap collected")
