[BUG] Story elements (like strange glyphs) get scannable before radio calls for beacon revelation

I was waiting at the location of several scannable objects, watching paint dry until those turned available for the scanner.
several minutes later, system told me that a new location can be scanned by using the radio.
That resulted in the beacon appearing for only a short moment.

The delay between me scannning and the system voiceline was long enough for me to not recognize that both related to that location.

Atain a conditional to prevent playback of the system message would prevent confusion
