[BUG] Carbon Powder tech unlocks only 3 of 4 recipes

Carbon Powder (XRAY Tier4, Synthesis)
States
Enables blast smelting of most organix materials into Carbon Powder
The input materials listed are
2 Plantmatter Brick
10 Plantmatter Fiber
4 Plantmatter
1 Plantmatter Frame
with this Tech active and Flora Compression (also Synthesis, but XRAY Tier2) deactivated, only three input materials are active in a Blast Smelter's UI
Plantmatter Brick is not.
Flora Compression allows (Blast) Smelting of a single Plantmatter Brick
The Screenshot shows that for the Plantmatter Bricks in the Blast Smelter (I placed them there and deactivate Flora Compression) results in an empty output box where usually a preview of the output item is.
