Atlantum geode

I play on playstation and now i need to detonate amining charge on an atlantum geode but i cant find any i only find atlantum ore which you need mk2 drill for and i havent unlocked that yet because i need to mine atlantum geode first. I have tried to restart my game and only put that quest active but it doesnt show me anything

It's easiest to wait until you get to floor 7-Excal and go to the entrance of the Excalibur (the distress call beacon).
That entrance is blocked by atlantum rubble (part of it is protected area) and sort of the first time you need charges anyway. blowing away that is enough to creaty quite a few charges.
Carefully remove most of that rubble and visit the pure node later with MK II/Blast drills once unlocked.

(Make sure to carefully aim at the placed charge, they gladly blow a vertical hole down, which is a bit annoying)
