[0.5.0c] Nexus lacks power on cable connected grid

A Nexus that's placed on floors that are connected to generators with voltage stepper+cable fails to recognize charge, same when placing an Accumulator right next to the nexus.

Placing the Nexus on floors that are connected to generator *and* accumulator by floors only works

Some further Details

The setup in the screenshot from left to right is
- Remote platforms with generator and accumulators
- Voltage steppers + cables from remote to the first four Nexus platforms, but not to the rightmost fifth one

Nexus works when

- Accumulator is attached directly AND no generator is attached directly if there are remote Accumulators (and Generators) attached by cable

And this appears to depend on some initial conditions, or location or whatever. Because in another test setup with the same arrangements, the results were that only the fully isolated setup worked (no connection to other grids, accumulator and generator on adjacent platforms).

No change after save+reload
